People think you've slaved over the stove to make it. Easy-peasy! We just had a fund-raiser party for the HS booster club at our local knit shop tonight. One of the desserts was cheesecake, with choice of chocolate truffle sauce, or blueberry compote, or both! (Blueberries from the freezer, from my yard last summer.)
