You'll just have to come visit sometime! :D Sean - the sour cream in the crust makes it rich and delectable... but if one puts in too much, it makes it melty and disintegratable! It is quite a bit like stuffed mushroom caps, but in fricking fabulous pie form. Never heard of a sour cream pie crust before. The other recipes I looked at for it, said to rest the dough in the fridge for at least an hour.. up to overnight in the fridge before rolling out.. The filling sounds a lot like the stuffed mushroom caps. It sounds fricking awesome. Merry Xmas. It sounds good!
