Back to It
I haven’t had or made much time for the quilting since the weekend… I threw out my lower back, then spent two days on a giant batch of cookies, then couldn’t justify quilting when the kitchen was a mess but didn’t want to clean the kitchen… in short, I was being a wuss and finding excuses.
Thinking about why, I’ve realized that I’m still overwhelmed. There are so damned many projects and ideas and colors and patterns and possibilities, I’m having a hard time honing in on just one thing. I want to make everything. This is, of course, impossible (probably.)
Thus, tonight, I’m going back to it. I’m either going to square up and piece together the log cabin blocks, or start piecing the green quilt project, depending upon my mood.
